Your guide will explain about the typical Northern specialties that are for sale here. You will visit a Chinese shrine and hear the story of the Chinese settlement in Chiang Mai. The Warorot Market is now the centre of Chiang Mai’s Chinatown. Lunch will be at a local restaurant, one of our secret favorites. Continue with a visit of one of the town's oldest temples, the well-preserved Wat Phra Singh, a perfect example of Lanna Thai temple architecture. Then drive up to the Doi Suthep, a 1600 meter high mountain towering over Chiang Mai.
